Orion Demaria

Orion Demaria is a seasoned professional in the building inspection and construction fields, currently serving as a Senior Combination Building Inspector for the City of Alameda since June 2017, focusing on commercial and residential inspections. As the owner of StarBuilt since June 2012, Orion specializes in general contracting, home additions, full remodels, furniture pieces, and custom woodworking. Prior experience includes managing full custom woodwork projects at Lloyds Custom Wood Work from September 2005 to June 2012 and serving as a journeyman butcher at Joe Scalise Jr. and Sons from April 1994 to August 2005. Orion holds certifications in building inspection from the International Code Council and qualifications in Combination Building Inspection.
