Matthew Toporowski

Matthew Toporowski serves as Senior Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of Albany, New York, providing legal counsel on employee disciplinary matters and defending the city's interests against various claims. Previously, Matthew was a Trial Attorney at The Wagoner Firm PLLC, handling complex commercial litigation and civil rights cases, and served as an Associate at Levy Konigsberg LLP, focusing on mass tort litigation. Early career experience includes roles as an Assistant District Attorney at Albany County, conducting jury trials and presenting cases to the Grand Jury, as well as positions as an Appellate Court Attorney and legal intern in various esteemed law offices and judicial environments.
