Vanessa Pierson

Vanessa Pierson is a seasoned construction professional currently serving as a Construction Project Manager for the City of Albuquerque since January 2023. With a diverse background in project engineering and design, Vanessa has held key positions at various companies, including Project Engineer roles at Jaynes Corporation and Fortis Construction, Inc., and Senior VDC Specialist at JE Dunn Construction. Previous experience includes BIM coordination at HB Construction and kitchen design at The Home Depot. Vanessa holds an Associate’s Degree in Architectural/Engineering Drafting Technology from Central New Mexico Community College, completed between 2010 and 2013.
