Jennifer Qvist

Jennifer Qvist has over two decades of experience in the public service sector, currently serving as a Police Project Specialist and Communications Supervisor for the City of Allen since July 2002. In this role, Jennifer evaluates dispatcher skills and job performance while also planning and developing employee schedules. Prior to this, Jennifer held the position of Customer Service Manager at Lowe's Companies, Inc., and worked as an Office Assistant at True Value Company. Jennifer Qvist has an Associate of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Collin College and is currently pursuing further education at Tarleton State University since March 2022.
