Jeikenelys Lopez has extensive experience in administrative support and management, currently serving as Special Assistant to the Mayor and Office Manager for the City of Allentown since April 2011. Responsibilities include planning employee activities, managing department finances, and assisting in policy development. Previously held positions include Clerk III in the Bureau of Health/Environmental, where customer service and bilingual translation skills were utilized, and Clerk II in Water Resources, addressing billing inquiries and service orders.
