Andy Nogal

Andy Nogal has extensive experience in urban planning and development. Currently, holds a position as Deputy Director of Housing & Community Development with the City of Anaheim, where Andy has worked since September 2002. Prior to this, Andy held various planning roles at the City of Paramount and City of Whittier. Andy holds a degree in Urban and Regional Planning from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
