Russell Narahara

Russell Narahara currently serves as the Administrative Services Manager for the Fire & Rescue Department with the City of Anaheim since June 2023. Prior to this role, Russell held various positions including Senior Management Analyst with both the City of Laguna Niguel and the West Covina Fire Department, as well as Purchasing Manager for the City of Corona. Additional experience includes a lengthy tenure as Senior Management Analyst for the City of Redwood City, Manager of Planning at Universal Music Group, Manager of Planning & Analysis at TelePacific Communications, and Corporate Trust Associate at The Bank of New York Trust Company. Russell is pursuing a Master of Public Administration degree at California State University, Fullerton, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from UCLA.
