Polly McFarland-Whisman

Polly McFarland-Whisman is an experienced payroll administrator and data analyst with a strong background in data management and processing. Currently serving as a Payroll Administrator for the City of Anderson since January 2015, Polly is responsible for the biweekly payroll of over 600 employees and coordinates efforts across various departments to maintain accurate employee data. Previously, Polly worked as a Clinical Auditor at Nightingale Home Health Care, conducting data analysis to enhance staff utilization, and held multiple roles at Community Health Network, including Materials Data Analyst and Data Analyst, where data normalization and management for multiple surgery centers were key responsibilities. Polly's educational background includes an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Database Administration and an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Science from Ivy Tech Community College.
