Melissa Bondy

Melissa Bondy is an experienced media and communication professional with a strong background in community engagement and education, currently serving as the Assistant Manager of Community Engagement & Education at the City of Ann Arbor's Community Television Network since January 2012. In this role, Melissa supports city services through media technology, event planning, and the management of educational partnerships, while supervising CTN staff and overseeing community programming. Additionally, Melissa works as a freelance Social Media Manager for Huron Scuba, Snorkel & Adventure Travel Inc., where responsibilities include content management and social media strategy development. Previous experience includes positions as a Traffic Editor at NAVTEQ and Communications Specialist at Southwestern Oakland Cable Commission. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Rochester Christian University and additional certifications in Radio and Television, complemented by an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts, Communication and Media Studies from Oakland Community College.
