Skye Stewart

Skye Stewart is an experienced public administration professional currently serving as Chief of Staff for Public Services Administration in the City of Ann Arbor since September 2021. Prior to this role, Skye worked as a Senior Consultant for State and Local Government at Guidehouse from October 2020 to September 2021. Skye's extensive experience in municipal government includes positions such as Chief of Staff to Mayor Joseph Curtatone in the City of Somerville, where responsibilities included directing the Mayor's Office of Innovation & Analytics, better known as SomerStat, focusing on data analysis, performance management, and fostering local innovation. Skye also held roles as Budget Manager and Senior Analyst within SomerStat, emphasizing evidence-based decision-making to enhance city services. Skye holds a Master of Public Policy in Public Administration from the University of Michigan and a BA in Political Science and Sociology from Birmingham-Southern College.
