Theresa Cisco Bridges is a seasoned Civil Engineer with extensive experience in project management and engineering roles across various municipalities in Michigan. Currently serving as a Civil Engineer IV/Project Manager for the City of Ann Arbor since April 2020, Theresa's career includes notable positions such as Assistant City Engineer for the City of Birmingham and Construction Engineer for the City of Novi.
