Victoria Buckland

Victoria Buckland currently serves as the Assistant City Manager for the City of Annapolis, MD, after a tenure as Chief Operating Officer for the Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services, where responsibilities included managing a $340 million budget and overseeing over 750 contracts. Victoria's experience encompasses roles such as Special Assistant to the COO and Fiscal Team Manager, emphasizing fiscal oversight and operational efficiency. Prior to public service, Victoria co-owned Buckland Consulting, LLC, providing project development and grant-writing services, and served as an Electronics Engineer at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center. Victoria holds a Master of Public Management from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
