Gincy Thoppil, AICP, CPM, has extensive experience in planning and development services, currently serving as the Director of Planning & Development Services for the City of Arlington since February 2005. Previous roles at the City of Arlington include Assistant Director of Land Development, Planning Manager, and Senior Planner, among others. Prior to this, Gincy Thoppil worked as a Planner-II in Long Range Planning for the City of Denton and as a Planning Intern in Cincinnati. Gincy Thoppil holds a Master’s in Community Planning with a specialization in Urban Design from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Mumbai.
