Joshua Skinner

Joshua Skinner is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as Senior Attorney for the City of Arlington since March 2022, Joshua previously held multiple positions at the University of Dallas, including Compliance Officer and Director of the Office of Civil Rights and Title IX, as well as Adjunct Instructor for courses in legal environments and non-public school law. Prior to these roles, Joshua worked at Fanning Harper Martinson Brandt & Kutchin, P.C. for over 16 years, where responsibilities evolved from Associate Attorney to Of Counsel. Joshua holds a Master of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Dallas and a Juris Doctor from Ave Maria School of Law, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Dallas.
