Kevin McGlaun is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in advisory and management roles. Currently serving as a Real Estate Consultant for the Arlington Economic Development Corporation, Kevin focuses on identifying and activating underutilized properties to foster economic growth in Arlington. As President of M4 Realty Advisors LLC and former Managing Director of Real Estate at Hicks Holdings LLC, Kevin has successfully managed substantial commercial real estate portfolios and facilitated significant land transactions. Previous positions include Senior Portfolio Manager at Cushman & Wakefield and Vice President of Development at Cousins Properties, where Kevin led major projects and developments in high-profile mixed-use settings. With a foundational background in accounting and finance from Texas State University, Kevin also gained valuable experience as a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young, providing consultancy to esteemed real estate entities.
