Mark Harlass

Mark Harlass has over 28 years of experience in information technology and business analysis. Currently serving as IT Manager for the City of Arlington since October 1995, Mark coordinates customer activities across city departments, focusing on business analysis, project charters, and providing computer and help desk support. Prior to this role, Mark was the Information Systems Manager at Branch-Smith Inc. from January 1990 to October 1995, where responsibilities included managing internal information systems and the phone system, as well as delivering network integration solutions for various businesses in Fort Worth.
