Troy Williams has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Troy is currently the Chief Equity Officer at the City of Arlington, starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Principal and Attorney at Law at Key Esquire Consulting from 2017, providing strategic consulting services in law, public affairs, and leadership development with an emphasis on diversity and inclusion. Troy Williams received a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Howard University in 1992. Troy then obtained a Master's Degree in Adult Education - Administration from Coppin State University between 1993 and 1995. In 1999, Troy graduated with a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law. Troy further pursued their education at American University, earning a Master's Degree in Public Administration (Executive Leadership) from 2013 to 2015. Additionally, Troy completed their College Preparatory studies at Calvert Hall College, H.S. in 1988.
