Amy Willhite

Amy Willhite is an accomplished water resources professional with extensive experience in municipal raw water supply management and water rights. Currently serving as the Water Resources Administrator for the City of Arvada since May 2023, Amy previously held the role of Water Resources Senior Project Manager at the City of Boulder from May 2017 to May 2023. Earlier career roles include Water Resources Administrator and Analyst at Xcel Energy, where contributions spanned from February 2002 to May 2017, and positions at Northern States Power. Amy began a career in analytical chemistry as a Chemist and also worked as a Field Research Analyst at RTI International, focusing on human exposure assessments. Amy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biology and Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, earned between 1994 and 1998.
