Annie Swan, SHRM-CP, PSHRA-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Human Resources Manager and Recruitment and Onboarding Manager for the City of Arvada since January 2016. Key responsibilities include consulting with hiring managers, managing the full-cycle recruitment process, and implementing the Applicant Tracking System. Previously, Annie was the HR/Hiring Manager at LogoNation, Inc., where responsibilities included conducting interviews, performing background checks, and promoting the company at various job fairs. Additional experience includes serving as Benefits Specialist for Adams County School District 50, where Annie managed employee benefits and led new hire orientations, and working as an HR Administrative Assistant for the City and County of Broomfield. Annie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
