Chris Kelley

Chris Kelley is an experienced GIS Analyst with a career spanning over two decades, currently serving in the City of Arvada since January 2005. In this role, Chris is responsible for enterprise GIS software and database maintenance, data management, and the creation of various GIS datasets to support City-wide decision-making. Previous positions include GIS Technician II and GIS Technician, where Chris developed a range of GIS data and managed map services. Prior experience includes roles at the City of Boulder, City of Manassas, Anderson & Associates, Inc., and American Forests, where Chris contributed to city planning, mapping projects, and urban ecosystem analysis. Chris holds a degree in Forestry and Wildlife, with a focus on GIS and Geography, from Virginia Tech.
