Joe Holtz

Joe Holtz is an experienced IT PMO Manager and Project Manager with a career spanning over two decades. Since April 2006, Joe has been with the City of Arvada, where responsibilities include overseeing IT projects and project management activities. Prior to this role, Joe was a Project Manager at U.S. Bank from April 2005 to April 2006, managing testing projects for a team of 50 FTEs across four states. Joe also served as a Senior Project Manager at SESC from April 1997 to April 2005, leading a Credit Card Portfolio Conversion Project. Joe earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from the University of Wyoming between 1984 and 1988.
