Patricia Martuscelli

Patricia Martuscelli brings extensive experience in public finance and administration, currently serving as the Assistant Tax Collector for the City of Asbury Park since July 2020. Previously, Patricia held roles such as Deputy Tax/Sewer Collector and Deputy CFO for the Borough of Bradley Beach, and Assistant Tax Collector for the City of Asbury Park. Additional roles include Administrative Assistant for the Borough of Allenhurst and Cashier/Bookkeeper for Neptune Township, demonstrating a solid background in tax collection, financial management, and customer service. Patricia obtained a Bachelor’s Degree from Rutgers University, majoring in Psychology and Criminal Justice, alongside minors in Sociology and Criminology.
