Sandra Kilgore

Sandra Kilgore serves as a City Council Member and Vice Mayor for the City of Asheville since December 2020. In addition, Sandra is the Broker and Owner of Kilgore & Associates Real Estate since January 2016. Previous experience includes roles as a Broker at Keller Williams Professionals and Realtor Consultant at Charles Rutenberg Realty and Keller Williams Properties. Sandra began a career in real estate at Sekara Investments, LLC and has a background in inflight services as a Flight Attendant with US Airways. Educational qualifications include a degree from the University of North Carolina Asheville, a Graduate of Real Estate Institute certification, and a specialist designation from the National Association of Realtors in Short Sale and Foreclosure.
