Andy Rossello

Andy Rossello, P.E. has significant experience in project management and engineering, currently serving as Project Manager III for the City of Aspen since July 2009, overseeing capital infrastructure design and installation for the Water and Electric Departments, while also developing annual and long-range capital budgets and asset management plans. Prior positions include Project Manager II and Utilities Engineer with Gamba & Associates and Design Engineer at Herbert, Rowland & Grubic, Inc., starting as a Land Development Staff Professional. Andy Rossello holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown, completed in 2004.
