Pete Strecker

Pete Strecker has a range of experience in finance and leadership roles. Pete began their career as an Actuarial Analyst at Towers Perrin from 1997 to 2002. Pete then held various positions within the State of Colorado, including Deputy Budget Director and Chief Economist, from 2003 to 2011. Strecker also worked as an Assistant Director of Finance at Destination Hotels and Resorts from 2011 to 2012. Currently, they serve as the Finance Director at the City of Aspen since 2018, where they oversee a team of professionals and guides the organization as a member of the executive leadership team.

Pete Strecker earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from St. Olaf College between 1993 and 1997.
