Abbey Evans

Abbey Evans is an experienced professional in communications and customer service, currently holding multiple roles at the City of Atlanta since August 2013, including ATL311 Social Media and Communications Specialist, ATL311 Customer Service Supervisor, ATL311 Team Lead, and ATL311 CSR. Prior to this, Abbey worked at Bank of America from July 2010 to August 2013 as an Account Manager II and Fraud Analyst. Earlier experience includes serving as Store Manager at Ridenour Cleaners from June 2009 to July 2010. Abbey holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Kennesaw State University, obtained between 2009 and 2011, and previously attended Georgia Southern University from 2007 to 2009 for the same field of study.
