Candace Kollas

Candace Kollas currently serves as the Deputy Commissioner for HR Compliance & Regulation and as the Deputy Division Chief for Labor and Employment at the City of Atlanta, a position held since November 2020. In addition, Candace has been the Principal at Workable Options since January 2003, specializing in legal consulting to aid organizations in developing compliant systems and enhancing communication to mitigate employment law liabilities. Previous experience includes roles as an HR and Legal Consultant and Investigator at CCE, a Consultant at Turner Broadcasting System, and an Attorney at Brock, Clay & Calhoun, P.C. Candace earned a JD in Law from Florida State University between 1994 and 1997.
