Greg Underwood

Greg Underwood, GISP, currently serves as the Geographic Information Systems Manager for the City of Atlanta's Department of Transportation since July 2023. Previously, Greg held the position of GIS Coordinator for the City of Atlanta Department of Transportation/Renew Atlanta TSPLOST from January 2020 to July 2023. Prior experience includes roles as GIS Consultant at Corporate Environmental Risk Management, GIS Supervisor at the Fulton County Board of Assessors, and GIS Specialist III at Fulton County. Greg's career began as a GIS Technician/Supervisor at GIS Technologies, Inc., where noteworthy contributions included managing a project for Gwinnett County Water Resources that focused on the development of a Document Management System integrated with existing Geodatabases. Greg earned a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from Georgia State University between 1997 and 2002.
