Jacqueline Ansah-Yankey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management analysis and business process improvement. Currently serving as a Senior Management Analyst for the City of Atlanta since March 2020, Jacqueline conducts cost-benefit analyses, data gathering for compliance, and operational recommendations. Previously, in a role as Senior Business Process Analyst/Reporting Analyst at the Department of Atlanta Information Management, Jacqueline provided oversight for IT projects and ensured adherence to management disciplines. Prior to that, Jacqueline held positions such as IT Business Process Manager at Ostec IT, focusing on project management and client solutions, and ISP & Client Services Manager at BusyInternet, where Jacqueline managed operations and sales strategies.
