Kelli Bacote Ross

Kelli Bacote Ross currently serves as the Partnerships Director for the City of Atlanta under Mayor Andre Dickens, focusing on philanthropic initiatives to enhance the lives of Atlanta residents. As the founder of ATL READ, Inc., Kelli is dedicated to educational development in the community. Previous roles include External Relations Manager at Year Up, Community Engagement Manager for K-12 Advocacy at the United Negro College Fund, and Chief Operating Officer at Better Outcomes for OUR Kids (BOOK). Kelli has a background in education, having worked as a District Model Teacher Leader with Atlanta Public Schools and an Area Reading Coach for Chicago Public Schools. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Howard University and a Master's of Arts in Teaching from Emory University.
