Lawrence Nicholas

Lawrence Nicholas is an experienced building inspector and educator, currently serving as a Building Inspector for the City of Douglasville, GA since 2019. In addition to this role, Lawrence holds a position as a Construction Professor at Gwinnett Technical College since January 2020 and has experience as a Senior Building Inspector with the City of Atlanta and a Code Enforcement Officer/Building Inspector in Newton County. Lawrence has a background in real estate investment, and prior to these positions, worked as a Teacher and Coach at Fulton County Schools, focusing on Magnet Art.
