Philip Modisette

Philip Modisette is an accomplished IT leader with extensive experience in project management and program management within large organizations. Currently serving as a Senior IT Project Manager and previously as an Information Technology Program Manager with the City of Atlanta, Philip has demonstrated expertise in overseeing complex projects. Prior roles include Senior Project Manager at the City of Atlanta, Sr. IT Manager at Cox Media Group, and Project Manager for Circulation Implementation and IT Manager for Revenue and Customer Solutions at the Atlanta Journal Constitution. Philip holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Tyler and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Texas A&M University.
