Portia Cusack

Portia Cusack, MBA, serves as a Human Resources Representative Sr-Public Safety for the City of Atlanta since March 2023, guiding managers on performance standards and employee-related matters. Prior to this, Portia worked as a Human Resources Associate at Century Fasteners Corp. and previously supported HR functions at Ontrak Health as both a Clinical Operations Coordinator and an Onboarding Specialist, where responsibilities included processing new hire documentation and developing onboarding programs. Additional experience includes roles in patient education and enrollment counseling at Elevance Health and Randstad USA. Portia holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Morgan State University.
