Stacy Hobson

Stacy H. is an experienced finance and project management professional currently serving as the Finance Manager for the City of Atlanta, overseeing a $25 million annual budget and leading financial strategy development. Previous roles include Watershed Manager, managing over $60 million in annual contracts, and Contracting Officer, where Stacy assisted with administration of more than $25 million in contracts. Stacy is also the Owner and Director of JIPH Consulting, providing consulting services in business development and contract management since July 2020. Earlier experience includes positions at the City of East Point as a Junior Contract Specialist and Prudential Real Estate as a Licensed Real Estate Agent. Stacy holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University, a B.A. in Journalism from Norfolk State University, and an Executive Management Certification from The University of Georgia.
