Tonya D Zeigler

Tonya D Zeigler, MBA, HRPM, has over two decades of extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Senior HRIS Specialist for the City of Atlanta since June 2006. In this role, Tonya has successfully led the implementation of system upgrades and improved HR practices across the organization. Previous positions include Senior Human Resources Representative and HR Specialist, where Tonya demonstrated expertise in payroll processing, compliance, onboarding, and performance management. Additionally, Tonya has experience as an Online Instructor in Organizational Communication at the University of Phoenix and served as an HR Coordinator/Office Manager at Bright From the Start: Department of Early Care & Learning. Tonya holds an MBA in Human Resources from the University of Phoenix and a BBA in Management from the University of West Georgia.
