Leanne Wilson

Leanne Wilson serves as the Director of Public Works & Development Services for the City of Aubrey since November 2021, previously holding various roles in the City of Denison from September 2015 to October 2021, including Assistant Director of Public Works - Utilities and Environmental Services & Utilities Manager. Prior experience includes tenure at the City of Sherman, where Wilson worked from October 1988 to August 2015, first as Pretreatment Supervisor, and later in roles such as Water Treatment Operator. Responsibilities throughout this career included budget preparation, training and supervising staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting inspections, and managing various public works functions. Leanne Wilson holds degrees from California State University-Sacramento and Grayson College, along with specialized training from TEEX Engineering, Utilities and Public Works Training Institute.
