Katie Boss

Katie Boss, MPH, is an experienced public health professional currently serving as the Grants and Special Projects Manager at the City of Auburn, Maine since October 2025. Prior to this role, Katie was the Assistant Director of Engagement Strategies & Operations at Maine Farmland Trust, where significant contributions included developing strategies to support Maine’s farming communities and managing a team responsible for raising $5 million annually in philanthropic revenue. Katie's previous positions include Director of Engagement, Grants Officer at Maine Farmland Trust, and Health Promotion Manager at Healthy Androscoggin, demonstrating expertise in grant management, community engagement, and public health program development. Katie holds a Master of Public Health from Boston University School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts in Biological Sciences from Mount Holyoke College.
