Catherine Cobb

Catherine Cobb is an experienced professional with a diverse background in health and social services, regulatory affairs, and marijuana industry advocacy. Currently serving on the Augusta Planning Board since February 2019, Catherine also holds the position of President at Western View Golf, Inc. and is a member of the Maine Professionals for Regulating Marijuana, advocating for robust marijuana regulations. As the CEO of Cobb Consulting, Catherine assists clients in navigating health and social services laws and program development. Catherine has previously held leadership roles, including Past President at Howell House, Inc. and Past Board Secretary at Wellness Connection of Maine. With extensive experience at the Maine Department of Health and Human Services, Catherine has directed various licensing and regulatory programs and developed Maine's Medical Use of Marijuana Program. Catherine earned a Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of Maine at Orono.
