Miesha Gardenhire

Miesha Gardenhire MBA has extensive experience in data analysis and community program management. Currently serving as a Data Analyst for the City of Augusta since September 2017, Miesha maintains quality control and oversees infrastructure data collection using MS Excel and GIS systems. Miesha previously worked as a Traffic Engineering Assistant, where responsibilities included administering traffic accident data programs and preparing analytical reports. Prior experience includes roles at Augusta University Medical Center, Support Solutions, LLC, and United Cerebral Palsy, managing various administrative and operational tasks with a focus on compliance and efficiency. Miesha holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Strayer University and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and Psychology from Savannah State University.
