Edith Rivera

Edith Rivera is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist for the City of Aurora since August 2023. Prior to this role, Rivera held similar positions at Freudenberg Household Products and Second City Prints, focusing on staffing and human resources functions. Rivera began a career in payroll as a Payroll Associate I at ALDI USA and gained client support experience at ADP as an Associate Client Support Consultant. An early exposure to customer service was acquired through participation in the Disney College Program at Walt Disney World. Additionally, Rivera served as a Staffing Specialist at A.S.G. Staffing, Inc., where responsibilities included managing temporary employee inventories and addressing client staffing needs. Rivera holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a minor in Marketing from Aurora University, completed in 2018.
