Nikki Baron

Nikki Baron is an experienced professional currently serving as the Worker’s Compensation & Leave Specialist and Human Resources Administrative Aide for the City of Aurora since May 2022. In this role, Nikki manages the City's worker’s compensation program, OSHA reporting, and various leaves of absence while fostering positive relationships with various stakeholders. Prior to this, Nikki worked at Falex Corporation U.S.A. as an Executive Assistant and Human Resources Coordinator, providing comprehensive support to the CEO and managing HR coordination. Nikki has a solid background in administrative roles, including positions at Naperville Central High School and other organizations, where responsibilities included event planning, testing coordination, and executive support. Nikki holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
