Jonelle Welch

Jonelle Welch currently serves as the Deputy Clerk of the Municipal Court for the City of Austin since November 2020. Prior experience includes roles such as Director of North America Order to Cash at HCL Technologies and Director of Strategy and Operational Enablement at Xerox. Jonelle has a robust background in operational leadership within various finance and customer service capacities at General Electric Commercial Finance and Xerox Corporation, highlighted by significant contributions to financial management, internal controls, and compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. Jonelle began a career in the US Army as a Military Police Officer and holds an MBA from the University of Rochester's Simon Business School and a BS in Individual Psychology from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
