Scott Stephens

Scott Stephens has accumulated extensive experience in law enforcement and education since May 2008, serving in various roles at the City of Ballwin, including Project Specialist, Public Information Officer, Police Detective, and Police Officer. Additionally, Scott has contributed to the academic field as an Adjunct Instructor at Jefferson College since October 2018. Scott holds a Master's degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Missouri Baptist University, obtained between 2012 and 2014, and a Bachelor's degree in Justice Systems from Truman State University, earned from 2003 to 2007.
