Andrew Vaught, MPA, currently serves as the Chief of Data Architecture & Analytics for the City of Baltimore since June 2021. Vaught previously held the position of Managing Director at the Baltimore Police Department from November 2018 to June 2021, and has extensive experience in various roles within the City of Baltimore, including Senior Criminal Justice Coordinator, Zoning Advisor, and Code Enforcement Investigator between April 2014 and November 2018. Vaught began a career in public service as an intern at Nebraska State Probation in early 2013 and at the United States Probation Office in early 2012. Educational achievements include a Ph.D. in Public Policy Analysis from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Baltimore, and a Bachelor of Science in Criminology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
