Cleopatra Ibukun

Cleopatra Ibukun, Ph.D., is a skilled research analyst and lecturer with extensive experience in various analytical roles. Currently serving as a Research Analyst II for the City of Baltimore since September 2023, Cleopatra also contributes as a Fundraising Data & Salesforce Analyst for the American Red Cross. Additionally, Cleopatra has held teaching positions at the Center for Distance Learning in the Department of Economics and at Obafemi Awolowo University, where extensive teaching and research were conducted. Other notable positions include Business Research Analyst at TargetGov, Research Project Interviewer at Sago, Data Research Analyst at the Kwara State Bureau of Statistics, and Human Resource Assistant and Analyst at the Ministry of Local Government Affairs. Cleopatra holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Economics, a Master’s Degree in Economics, a Graduate certification in Human Resources Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics, all from Obafemi Awolowo University.
