Joale Jupiter

Joale Jupiter is a Data Lead at the City of Baltimore, utilizing data science and qualitative research to develop solutions to the city's challenges. Previously, Joale worked as a CitiStat Analyst at CleanStat CitiStat, focusing on making city operations more efficient and equitable. As a Data Fellow, Joale developed the Mayor's Action Plan Tracker and a vaccination dashboard for Baltimore City employees.
