KC Kelleher has extensive experience in communication, policy, and community engagement within government and nonprofit sectors. Currently serving as Deputy Chief of Staff for Comptroller Bill Henry in the City of Baltimore since October 2018, KC has held multiple roles, including Director of Communication and Director of Legislative and Communications, managing media relations and community outreach. Previously, KC worked as a Digital Organizer for Maryland Communities United, establishing a digital program that gained over 300 new members, and served as the Healthy Neighborhoods Outreach Coordinator for Strong City Baltimore. Additional experience includes youth program coordination at Loyola University Maryland, educational roles at the Edward M. Kennedy Institute for the United States Senate, and team leadership with Jumpstart in Boston. KC holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from UMass Boston.
