Lindsay Wines possesses extensive experience in public administration, currently serving as the Assistant Deputy Director in the Department of Human Resources for the City of Baltimore since August 2011. In previous roles, Lindsay has held significant positions such as Chief of Staff in the Office of Information & Technology and Deputy Director in the Department of Transportation, acting as a senior advisor to the Director and the Mayor’s Office on complex policy issues. Lindsay's financial acumen is demonstrated through work as a Senior Budget Management Analyst, where fiscal assumptions for substantial multi-year budgets were constructed, and as a Capital Budget Analyst for the State of Maryland, focusing on budget formulation for various higher education institutions. Academic credentials include a Master of Public Policy from George Mason University and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology & Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland.
