Paul H Stanford

Paul H Stanford, MS, EDFP, HDFP, TCS, COS currently serves as the Director of Grants Administration for the City of Baltimore, overseeing a substantial management portfolio for various housing and community development initiatives, including the Affordable Housing Trust Fund and the American Rescue Program Act. With prior experience as a Board Member and Treasurer at New Hope Housing and roles at the DC Department of Housing and Community Development and Fairfax County Government, Paul has demonstrated a strong commitment to housing finance, affordable housing programs, and community development.
