Raymond Kelly

Raymond Kelly currently serves as a Commissioned Officer with the Maryland Police Training and Standards Commission and as Vice Chair of the Baltimore City Administrative Charging Committee. Since October 2018, Raymond Kelly has held the position of Executive Director at the Citizens Policing Project. Previous roles include Lead Community Liaison for the Consent Decree Monitoring Team and Founder of Pray it Forward Ministry. Additional experience includes Chief Executive Officer of No Boundaries Coalition Inc., Program Director at the West Baltimore Community Commission on Police Misconduct, and Director of Community Relations at No Boundaries Coalition of Central West Baltimore. Educational accomplishments include fellowships and training in justice policy, community organizing, and human services. Raymond Kelly's extensive work focuses on community empowerment, police accountability, and youth development.
